Trust Wallet AML Service Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the Trust Wallet Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Wallet Screening Service ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description
The Service enables users to screen cryptocurrency wallet addresses for potential AML risks, including but not limited to association with illicit activities, sanctions, fraud, or suspicious transactions. The Service leverages public sources, proprietary databases, and advanced risk assessment algorithms to provide risk indicators and compliance insights. The Service is intended for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or investment advice.

3. User Eligibility and Obligations
3.1. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
3.2. You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
3.3. You are solely responsible for any actions or decisions made based on the information provided by the Service.
3.4. You shall not use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, or circumventing sanctions.
3.5. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or underlying data of the Service.

4. Data Privacy and Security
4.1. Trust Wallet does not store, retain, or share wallet addresses submitted for AML screening, except as required to provide the Service or as required by law.
4.2. All data is processed in an anonymized manner and used solely for the purpose of delivering the Service.
4.3. Trust Wallet implements industry-standard security measures to protect user data and prevent unauthorized access.

5. Screening Results and Limitations
5.1. The results provided by the Service are based on available data and algorithms at the time of the request.
5.2. Trust Wallet does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the screening results.
5.3. The Service may not identify all risks or suspicious activities associated with a wallet address.
5.4. The information provided should not be the sole basis for any compliance, legal, or financial decisions.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
6.1. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
6.2. Trust Wallet disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, and warranties that may arise out of course of dealing, course of performance, usage or trade practice.

7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trust Wallet and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.
7.2. In no event shall Trust Wallet\"s total liability exceed the amount actually paid by you for the services;

7.3. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Trust Wallet services, or any of its respective service providers, have any liability arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the services for: (a) any act or alleged act, or any omission or alleged omission, that does not constitute wilful misconduct by Trust Wallet, as determined in a final, non-appealable judgment by a court of competent jurisdiction; (b) lost profits, cost of substitute goods or services, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, computer failure or malfunction or any other consequential, incidental, indirect, exemplary, special or punitive damages; (c) direct damages in amounts that in the aggregate exceed the amount actually paid by you for the services; (d) any third-party claims (whether based in statute, contract, tort or otherwise).

7.4. The foregoing limitations: (a) will apply whether such damages arise out of breach of contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise and regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or Trust Wallet was advised of the possibility of such damages; and (b) include any loss caused by the failure of the services to correctly identify participants in blockchain transactions or the levels of any associated risks such as fraudulent activity, and you acknowledge AND AGREE THAT YOU DO NOT RELY ON THE SERVICES FOR SUCH PURPOSES.
